Some of our activities
Craft
Bible Story
A lively space where children create simple, hands‑on crafts linked to the Bible theme. Glue, glitter, paint, and imagination all welcome. Parents can join in or enjoy a breather while little ones explore. Every craft becomes a gentle doorway into faith, fun, and conversation.
Everyone gathers for a short, engaging Bible story told with props, puppets, or pictures. It’s simple, friendly, and designed for wiggly children. The message is always encouraging, helping families connect faith with everyday life in a way that feels natural and uplifting.
Painting
Snack
Painting at Messy Church is gloriously messy and full of colour! Kids grab brushes, sponges, and fingers to bring the Bible story to life on paper. Parents join in or cheer from the sidelines as masterpieces (and splatters) appear. It’s creative chaos with a purpose—joy, imagination, and God’s love in every stroke.
After the fun comes food. Families sit together for a simple meal or snacks, giving parents a chance to chat and children time to unwind. It’s community at its best—friendly, supportive, and full of laughter. No rush, no fuss, just connection.
Prayer
Singing
Messy Church singing is loud, lively, and full of smiles! We belt out simple songs with actions, clapping, and joyful noise—no solos, no pressure, just everyone joining in. Kids love the rhythm, parents love the energy, and God loves the sound. It’s faith with a beat and a big grin.
Prayer at Messy Church is calm-ish, creative, and full of heart. We share a thought, and help children talk to God in ways that make sense to them—drawing, whispering, even giggling. It’s a gentle pause in the fun, reminding everyone that God listens, loves, and laughs with us.
